Our affordable factory and on-site maintenance contracts make it possible to get the service you need to insure the best performance for the lifetime of your unit. We can provide 24-hour response time on emergency service calls.		TRAC Maintenance for Better Performance When TRAC maintains your imprinters we: Install new Belleville washers yearly, to allow proper adjustments of the anvil height for a clearer imprint. Quarterly we change any broken or worn parts, including springs, provide new ink rollers, and adjust the machine using our special squaring tool. Provide 24-48 hour response on any service calls between regular quarterly service. Trac has over 40 years experience in servicing electric imprinters. We service plastic card imprinters from Addressograph, Datacard, and National Business Systems, as well as many other models.
